Product Support
All customers receive 30 days of free telephone support,
and a one year warranty that includes eMail support. If you like, we
will remotely install and configure the product on your Windows web
server for an additional $100. After the initial 30 day period, telephone
support is available on a pay as you go basis. Technical support personnel and tutors are available
at $77 per hour billed through your credit card, or through a prepaid support account. Telephone support is billed in quarter hour increments with a half hour minimum.
Annual maintenance is
available for $99 per year for the Entry Level, $299 for the Deluxe, and
$999. Purchase maintenance
and you will receive free software updates, free upgrades and ongoing eMail support
during the maintenance period. If you need additional help, support accounts can be setup in any amount starting with $100.
